Your Massage Step™ has a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Simply send back the item with proof of purchase and we will give an equal exchange. A $7.00 fee will be charged to cover return shipping and handling.
